BFI Brochure - John Hughes Film Festival
For this brief I was required to design a double sided brochure for a John Hughes film festival hosted by the BFI. The brief specified the brochure should be a folded and A3 in size. I wanted it to work both as an unfolded poster as well as an informative folded brochure. As John Hughes is known for coming of age high-school themes I renamed the festival 'Rebellious Discovery' and used this as a starting point for my design. Hand drawn doodles and sketches combine wth repeated distorted portraits to create a brochure and roll-out campaign that is reminiscent of teenage diaries and high-school year books.
